Sequin Dress Manufacturer
Sequin and metallic dress manufacturing for party and occasionwear brands — sequinned, beaded and glitter fabrics handled so the embellishment survives the seam, the press and the customer.
Capabilities
What we make
Sequin Dress manufacturing capabilities
Sequin is a material problem before it is a style problem. The fabric has no give, it blunts needles, it sheds on the sewing floor and it shows every mark and every seam. Almost every manufacturing decision on this page follows from that.
- All-over sequin and glitter fabrics
- Sequin on mesh and stretch bases
- Beaded and appliquéd panels
- Lined sequin construction
- Sequin trims on woven shells
- Low-shed finishing and packing
Constructions
What we build in this category
Each of these is developed as its own programme: its own block, its own interlining and its own sample round.
Every seam is a decision
Sequin fabric cannot be pressed open the normal way and sheds wherever it is cut. Seams are planned so the cut edge ends up enclosed, or the shed finishes inside the lining and on the customer.
Needles and thread are specified
Ballpoint needles, a heavier thread and a slower stitch rate. Skipping that is how a sequin style arrives with pulls along every seam.
Coverage is priced by area
Sequin and bead placement is quoted by the panel, not by the piece. Changing the coverage after approval is a new quotation, not an adjustment.
Inside the work
How these garments get made here
Pattern, sample, construction and material — the four stages that decide whether the finished garment matches the one you approved.

Development process
From reference to bulk in five steps
- 1
Surface and base brief
We start from the base fabric and the sequin type, because those two decide the needle, the seam plan and the pressing method.
- 2
Seam and shed planning
The construction is planned so cut edges are enclosed, and the lining is chosen to contain whatever shed remains.
- 3
Sample with the real fabric
A sequin sample is only meaningful in the production sequin. Substituting a similar cloth for the first sample wastes the round.
- 4
Approval and coverage lock
Coverage and placement are locked at approval, because beading cost and lead time are driven by area.
- 5
Production, pressing and packing
Pressing is done off the sequin surface and the garments are packed to protect the embellishment in transit.

Typical questions we ask
- Is the sequin all-over, or placed on a panel?
- Does the base stretch? Sequin on mesh behaves differently from sequin on woven.
- What level of shed is acceptable at goods-in?
