Global shipping and export documentation
Consolidated dispatch for multi-style orders, with the export documentation prepared and the freight method matched to your deadline.
What this is
For a multi-style order, shipping is a consolidation problem. Ten styles produced on slightly different schedules should not become ten shipments if three would do — the freight cost and the customs handling multiply quickly.
We hold finished goods until a shipment can be consolidated, then dispatch against one set of documents. Where a deadline is tight, we say so honestly and price the faster method rather than promising a schedule the freight cannot meet.
Export documentation is prepared as part of the service, so the paperwork matches what is actually in the cartons.

Who it is for
This is the right route if…
Brands ordering multiple styles per season
Consolidation is where the freight saving is real.
Brands shipping to a fixed retail date
The freight method has to be chosen backwards from the date the goods must be on shelf.
Buyers new to importing from China
The documentation and the Incoterms are handled so the first shipment is not a surprise.
What you receive
Deliverables, not promises
- Consolidated dispatch for multi-style orders
- Export documentation matching the packed cartons
- A packing list per shipment showing carton contents
- Shipment tracking and confirmation of dispatch
How the process works
Stage by stage
- Shipping plan
Freight method, Incoterms and consolidation are agreed when the order is placed, not when it is finished.
- Goods consolidation
Finished styles are held and combined so the shipment matches the plan.
- Documentation
Export documents and the packing list are prepared against the actual carton contents.
- Dispatch
The shipment is booked and dispatched, with tracking issued.
- Confirmation
Dispatch confirmation and documents are sent so you can clear the goods without delay.
Typical requirements
What the work depends on
- Delivery address and IncotermsThese decide who books what and where responsibility transfers.
- Your forwarder, or authority to arrangeMany buyers have negotiated freight rates; we are happy to use theirs.
- The date goods must be in handNot the dispatch date — the arrival date drives the method.
- Documentation requirementsAny specific certificates or declarations your customs broker needs.

How to request a quotation
Give us the arrival date rather than the dispatch date. Working backwards from arrival is how the right freight method gets chosen.
