What this is
ODM inverts the OEM relationship. Instead of you supplying the design and us producing it, we do the development work: pattern drafting, fabric sourcing, sample making and fit refinement, ending with a product that is yours to brand and repeat.
This is the right route when you know what you want the garment to look like and how it should sell, but you do not have a pattern room. It is also the fastest way to test a category you have not manufactured before, because the development risk sits with us rather than with you.
The output is not just a sample. It is a pattern on file, an approved fabric source, a documented trim list and a locked specification — everything needed to repeat the style next season without developing it again.

How the process works
Stage by stage
- Brief and technical read
We work from your reference, identify the construction, and tell you honestly what will and will not reproduce at a production price.
- Pattern and materials
The pattern is drafted, fabric and trims are sourced against the specification, and options are presented as physical swatches.
- First sample
Made in-house so fit, proportion and fabric hand can be judged on a real garment rather than a drawing.
- Fit revision
You comment, we correct the pattern and the sample, and repeat until the fit is approved.
- Specification handover
The approved sample, pattern and material list are recorded as the standard for bulk and for every repeat order afterwards.

Send the reference and the target price together. A reference without a price target usually means a second round of development.
