Quality control and inspection
Checks at cutting, sewing and finishing — because a defect found at the end of a run has already been repeated across the whole run.
What this is
Final inspection tells you what you are shipping. In-line inspection changes what you ship. A measurement error caught at cutting affects one lay; the same error caught at final inspection affects every piece already sewn.
Our quality control runs as three checkpoints: cutting (measurement accuracy and marker adherence), sewing (workmanship and construction integrity) and finishing (measurements against the approved sample, colour consistency and surface quality).
The reference point is always the approved sample, physically retained. Inspection against a written specification alone leaves room for interpretation; inspection against the approved garment does not.

How the process works
Stage by stage
- Standard agreement
Before production, we agree what is being measured and against what reference — normally the approved sample plus the measurement sheet.
- Cutting check
Panel measurements and marker adherence are checked on the lay, so a systematic error is caught before it is multiplied.
- In-line check
Workmanship, seam integrity and construction are checked during sewing, while corrections are still possible.
- Final inspection
Measurements, colour consistency, surface quality and finishing are checked against the approved standard.
- Reporting
Findings are recorded and shared. Where a third-party inspection is required, we make the goods available for it.

How to request a quotation
Tell us up front whether your channel requires a third-party inspection report. It affects scheduling and cannot be retro-fitted after the goods are packed.
