Manufacturing for fashion brands
You run a seasonal calendar, you have a pattern room, and your constraint is capacity and reliability — not capability. We are the production line that holds your standard when your own is full.
The commercial reality
What actually constrains you
A brand at your stage has already solved design. The problem is that a seasonal calendar is unforgiving: two collections a year, fixed press and wholesale dates, and no room for a delivery that slips by three weeks.
You are also carrying the cost of your own pattern room. Every hour spent re-explaining a construction to a new factory is an hour not spent on the next collection — which is why consistency of interpretation matters more to you than a marginally lower unit price.

What we do differently
How we work with fashion brands
We work from your pack, not from an interpretation
Your graded pattern, your measurement sheet, your construction notes. We flag genuine conflicts rather than silently adjusting to what is easier to sew.
Repeat styles stay on file
Approved samples, patterns and swatches are retained, so a reorder next season does not restart the conversation.
We take overflow and second-source work
When your primary facility is at capacity or has slipped, we can take a defined portion of a run without a new development cycle.
Delivery commitments are stated honestly
If a date is not achievable at the quoted method, we say so at quotation rather than at dispatch.
Typical programme
What an engagement looks like
- OEM production from your own tech pack and graded patterns
- Repeat-order programmes for proven styles, with retained standards
- Second-source and overflow capacity during peak season
- Seasonal colourway runs against an existing approved construction
Services most often used
- OEM Manufacturing — You own the design, the pattern and the brand.
- Quality Control — Checks at cutting, sewing and finishing — because a defect found at the end of a run has already been repeated across the whole run.
- Sampling — A sample is not a preview.
- Packaging — Folding, hanging, labelling and carton packing — the stage that decides whether goods arrive saleable or arrive needing work.
What to have ready
You do not need all of this to start a conversation. Having it ready shortens the first quotation considerably.
- Graded pattern set or an approved physical sample
- Tech pack with measurements and tolerances
- Fabric and trim specification, including nominated suppliers
- Size and colour breakdown per style
- Label and care labelling requirements for each destination market
Avoid these
Three things that cost fashion brands money
Approving a sample without a measurement sheet
A sample approved by eye gives no basis for an inspection tolerance later. State the tolerances at approval, not at inspection.
Splitting approval across several people
When three people comment independently, sample rounds multiply. Nominate one approver.
Leaving the drop date out of the brief
The date drives the sample schedule. A style briefed without a date usually ends up on the fastest, most expensive freight.
