Branding service
Private label womenswear manufacturing
Our construction, your brand. Woven labels, hangtags, care labelling and branded packaging applied to an existing style so it ships as your product, not ours.
What this is
Private label is the fastest route to a branded product. The garment already exists as a proven construction; what changes is everything the customer sees — the label, the hangtag, the care information and the packaging.
It is the sensible first step for a brand that wants its own product without commissioning development, and it is how most brands test a new category before committing to original design.
We handle the branding mechanics: sourcing labels to your artwork, applying them in the correct position, matching care labelling to the destination market, and packing to your specification.

Who it is for
This is the right route if…
New brands launching a first range
You need a branded product in market quickly, and original development would delay the launch past the season.
Brands extending into a new category
You want your label on a category you do not yet develop yourself, to test demand before investing in patterns.
Retailers building an own-brand line
You need a private label programme that can run across multiple styles with consistent labelling.
What you receive
Deliverables, not promises
- Garments finished with your woven labels, size labels and care labels
- Your hangtags attached to an agreed position
- Branded packaging — polybag, tissue, box or folded presentation — to your specification
- Cartons labelled to your carton-marking standard
How the process works
Stage by stage
- Style selection
Choose from current constructions, or specify a variation on one. Private label works best on a construction that is already proven.
- Branding specification
We agree label positions, care-label content, hangtag placement and packing method before production starts.
- Label sourcing
Labels and tags are sourced to your artwork, or supplied by you. Samples are approved before bulk application.
- Production and application
Garments are produced, then labelled and packed as a dedicated step so labelling quality stays consistent across the run.
- Dispatch
Packed and documented for the destination market, with the labelling standard recorded for repeat orders.
Typical requirements
What the work depends on
- Label artworkWoven label design, size label content and care-label wording, ideally as production-ready artwork.
- Care labelling for the marketContent requirements differ by destination. We need to know where the goods are being sold.
- Packing specificationPolybag, box, folded or hung, and whether retail-ready packing is required.
- VolumeLabelling has fixed setup costs, so the per-unit economics depend on the run size.
What to send us

- Label and hangtag artwork, or the physical labels if you are supplying them
- Destination market, so care labelling can be matched to it
