What this is
OEM means the product is yours. Your tech pack, your pattern, your labels, your grading rules — we are the production partner that turns them into physical garments at volume.
That makes the critical path short and the risk concentrated. There is no development phase to absorb uncertainty, so the quality of what you send us determines the quality of what comes back. When a tech pack is complete, an OEM run is the most predictable way to produce a garment.
We run OEM both as a straight production service and as a second-source facility for brands whose primary factory is at capacity or whose delivery has slipped.

Deliverables, not promises

- An inspection record with measurements and defect findings against the agreed standard
- Packed cartons with a packing list showing size, colour and quantity per carton
- Retained records of the approved sample and swatches for future repeat orders
How the process works
Stage by stage
- Send the pack
Tech pack, graded pattern or an approved reference sample, plus the size and colour breakdown you need.
- Technical review
We confirm the construction, flag anything that will not reproduce cleanly, and quote against the specification.
- Sample confirmation
A pre-production sample is made and approved before bulk is authorised, so the standard is physical rather than written.
- Bulk production
Cutting, sewing, finishing and pressing run under one roof with in-line checks at each stage.
- Inspection and dispatch
Final inspection against the approved sample, then packing and shipping documentation.

- Approved sampleA physical reference garment. Without one, the first bulk run is the reference — which is expensive if it is wrong.
- Quantity per size and colourNeeded to plan fabric booking and the cut plan.

Send the tech pack and the size breakdown. If a pattern already exists, say so — it shortens the review considerably.
