A blazer is the garment where the inside decides the outside. Whether the front is canvassed or fused determines how it moulds to the wearer — a canvas front adapts, a fused front holds its original shape and then separates. That decision belongs at costing, because it changes labour, minimum and lead time, and it is the one buyers most often leave until it is too late to change.

What decides whether it works in wear
These choices are all made before cutting, not during finishing.
Canvas or fused is decided at costing, not at sampling
A floating canvas front is built up in layers and moulds to the body; a fused front is quicker and holds a fixed shape. The two behave differently after a season of wear, and choosing between them moves the labour content, the minimum and the lead time.
Shoulder shape comes from three parts working together
The pad, the sleeve head and the angle of the shoulder seam set the line as a group. Change the pad on its own and the sleeve hangs wrong, which is why the three are specified as one decision.
Sleeve pitch decides whether it twists
The sleeve is set at a slight forward angle to match how an arm actually hangs. Set the pitch wrong and the sleeve rotates towards the body every time the wearer reaches forward.

Wool and wool-blend suiting, crepe suiting, ponte, tweed and bouclé, stretch twill, linen blends.

A canvassed sample is sewn in-house so you feel the roll, the button stance and the press.

You approve shoulder, lapel and sleeve balance; every change is locked before bulk.

Bulk Tailoring & Quality Control
Bulk is cut, fused, sewn and pressed with inspection at every stage, including interfacing and lining.
