Private Label Occasionwear Manufacturer
Private-label occasionwear manufacturing for brands and retailers: your name on the label, your specification in the garment, and a development route that runs from first sample through to repeat production.
Capabilities
What we make
Private Label Occasionwear manufacturing capabilities
Private label means the garment carries your name and none of ours. Everything else is still decided here — fabric, construction, grading, trims, labels, packing — and that is where most private-label occasionwear projects lose time.
- Woven and printed brand labels
- Care and composition labelling per market
- Swing tags, hangtags and size ticketing
- Polybags, cartons and export marking
- Brand-specified trims and hardware
- Repeat production against a held approved sample
Constructions
What we build in this category
Each of these is developed as its own programme: its own block, its own interlining and its own sample round.
Labels are a lead time, not a detail
Woven labels, care labels and swing tags are ordered per programme. Starting them after production begins is the usual reason a private-label order ships late.
Your trims change the sampling
If the hardware, the buttons or the lace are yours, they have to be in the first sample. A sample approved with our trims is not an approval of the production garment.
Repeat production is the real test
A style that repeats has to come back identical: same shell, same shade, same grade. The approved sample and the material lot references are kept on file for exactly that reason.
Inside the work
How these garments get made here
Pattern, sample, construction and material — the four stages that decide whether the finished garment matches the one you approved.

Development process
From reference to bulk in five steps
- 1
Brand and market brief
We start from the brand, the market and the selling channel, because labelling and packaging requirements differ by market.
- 2
Specification and materials
Fabric, trims, labels and packaging are specified together and costed as one programme, so nothing is ordered late.
- 3
First sample with your trims
The first sample is built with your labels and your trims, so the approval is an approval of the production garment.
- 4
Approval, terms and grading
The approved sample is held as the production reference. Sizing and composition are confirmed against it before bulk is released.
- 5
Production, packing and repeat
Production runs to the approved sample, packing to your specification, and the sample plus lot references stay on file for repeats.
