Bridesmaid dress manufacturing for bridal labels and retailers — coordinated colourways, mixed silhouettes and graded size runs produced from one approved sample per style.
Capabilities
What we make
Bridesmaid Dress manufacturing capabilities
A bridesmaid range is the only garment group most buyers commission where colour consistency between sizes matters as much as fit. The order is small, the date is fixed, and the colourways have to match across four to twelve different bodies.
- Satin and satin-back crepe bridesmaid gowns
- Chiffon and georgette layered styles
- Tulle and mesh silhouettes
- Convertible and wrap styles
- Mixed-silhouette ranges sharing one colourway
- Junior and flower-girl sizing in the same fabric
Constructions
What we build in this category
Each of these is developed as its own programme: its own block, its own interlining and its own sample round.
Colour consistency is a lot decision
Different dye lots read as different colours in the same photograph. A bridesmaid range is scheduled from matched lots, and the lab dip is held on file so a size added three months later still matches.
One sample, one grading run per range
Bridesmaid ranges sell as a family. Approving one silhouette and grading it across the range keeps the fit consistent, which is what repeat bridal business depends on.
Convertible styles need drafting, not a photo
A wrap that becomes six necklines has to be drafted so every version sits correctly on the body. We draft and sample the wear positions, not the marketing shot.
Inside the work
How these garments get made here
Pattern, sample, construction and material — the four stages that decide whether the finished garment matches the one you approved.

Development process
From reference to bulk in five steps
- 1
Range and colourway planning
We start from the number of silhouettes, the shared colourways and the dye lots available, because those decide what can match.
- 2
Fabric and lot matching
Shell fabric is booked from matched lots and a lab dip is held per colourway so a repeat order still matches.
- 3
Sample per silhouette
One sample per silhouette, corrected on a body. Convertible styles are sampled in each wear position.
- 4
Grading across the range
Grading runs once per range so every silhouette in the family fits consistently across the size curve.
- 5
Production, colour check and packing
Production runs against the approved sample, with a colour check against the lab dip before packing by style and size.

- How many silhouettes does the range sell, and which colourways are shared?
- Do you need junior or flower-girl sizing in the same fabric?
- Is the order repeat-driven? Repeats are where matched dye lots pay back.
