Cropped double-breasted blazer
The jacket is cut short, finishing at the natural waist, and closes double-breasted. Both decisions change the pattern rather than the styling: a cropped body needs its own front and back length, and the double-breasted overlap sets the button stance.
Structured notched lapels
The lapel is press-formed over a fusible rather than stitched flat, which is what gives it a defined notch and a roll that stays put. Lapel width and notch height are fixed at pattern stage and confirmed on the sample.
Geometric folded chest pocket
A folded, edge-stitched flap set at an angle across the chest. The fold is cut as a shaped piece so the angle repeats identically on every garment instead of being pressed in by eye.
Tonal button construction
Buttons are matched to the base cloth rather than contrasted, so the closure reads as part of the surface. Button size, spacing and the underlay are set together, because a tonal button leaves no room for a stance that is slightly out.
High-waisted pleated trousers
The trouser sits at the natural waist with a double pleat at each side. Pleat depth and direction decide how the leg falls from the waistband, so they are cut into the pattern rather than gathered at the machine.
Wide-leg tailored silhouette
The leg is wide from the waist down rather than flared, with a clean front crease. Waistband height, rise and leg opening are graded together, because on a wide leg the opening is what the fit reads as.

Size chart
We do not publish a size range for a style until the graded chart has been confirmed, because the same measurement produces a different fit in a different market.
The board above is the development service sheet supplied with this style — it shows the size run the programme is drawn against, alongside the style, fabric, colour and private-label options. It is not this set's graded chart. On a tailored set the shoulder, chest and trouser rise decide the fit more than the labelled size, so all three are confirmed with the chart for your market, and the outer sizes are graded to your target measurements before sampling.

Five colourways, and custom dyeing beyond them
Studio sample photography of the same set in five colours. Three of them read warmer in the cloth than a plain colour word suggests — the ivory is a warm ivory, the blue a dusty blue and the pink a dusty rose. Colour is matched against your target shade and approved on a physical swatch before production.
Custom colour matching
Send a target shade — a Pantone reference, a fabric swatch or a garment you already sell. We pull the nearest match from the fabric library, dye it, and send a physical swatch back for approval before any production fabric is booked. Screen colour is not a reference; the swatch is.

About this style
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 100 pieces. Smaller quantities can be negotiated on request, and we can make your own designs.
Can you do OEM or ODM for me?
We accept all OEM and ODM orders. Send us your design and we will come back with your price and put samples into work as quickly as we can.
Do you provide a size chart?
Yes. We provide a size chart for every item you order, because pattern making is done in house by our own pattern designers.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
It depends on your order quantity. For OEM and ODM orders our production lead time is normally 20–25 days in high season and 15–20 days in low season. Ready-to-ship styles can be shipped within 7 days.
What is your monthly capacity?
We have 10 production lines and can produce around 400,000 pieces a month.
How do you control quality?
An experienced QC team, in house.
Fabric and trims are tested before production starts — in house, or sent to a test house.
During production, QC on each line checks the quality as it runs.
Before packing there is a further check, and every piece goes through a metal detector.
How do you ship, and how do you charge?
We normally ship by DHL express, which takes around 5–7 days to arrive. The charge depends on the weight and volume of your goods and on the destination.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are TT, Western Union and MoneyGram. We also accept Trade Assurance, and payment can be made through our Alibaba.
How about your after-sales service?
If there are any quality issues, let us know within 7 days and we will cover the rework costs or remake the pieces for you.
