Return & Refund & Exchange
We always try our best to offer the best quality. But we understand occasionally, you may need to exchange or return some dresses. Please check the products clearly after you receive your parcel. If any problem, please contact us within 20 days after receipt, the case beyond the report period can not be resolved anymore. Our company offers the most reasonable return & refund policy, just hope to give a pleasant shopping experience for you~
❤ REFUND
1. Cancel the Order
- If the order has not been shipped, we can refund and cancel for you.
- If the order has been shipped, sorry, we cannot cancel or refund during transit.
- If you still need a refund, it will be issued after we receive your returned package.
2. Size Issue
- Please check your BWH (bust, waist, hip) measurements before ordering and choose the size carefully.
- If the dress doesn't fit and you need a refund, please email us for further guidance.
- Refunds will be issued after our warehouse or agent receives your returned package.
3. Delivered to Wrong Address / Unclaimed Package
- We cannot issue refunds for packages that show as delivered but were not actually received.
- If your package is returned due to wrong address or unclaimed, our sole responsibility is to resend the package. A standard shipping fee of USD $10 – $15 per item will be charged.
4. Other Return Reasons
Including: personal preference, quality not meeting expectations, etc.
⚠ Note: Product pages already show material and details — please check carefully before ordering. Returns for non-quality reasons are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
❤ EXCHANGE
Option A: Place a new order for the desired size first. We will refund the old item after receiving your returned package.
Option B: We will resend the new size dress after receiving your returned package.
📧 Please email us with: which item you want to exchange, the new size you want, and which option you prefer.
DAMAGED & INCORRECT
- Our sole responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one, or provide an equivalent coupon if resend is not needed.
- Please email us with photos and a description — the more details, the faster the process.
✅ Quality Issues: Broken/hole, un-sewn, damaged segments.
❌ NOT Quality Issues: Kink marks, press marks, loose threads, wrong size selection.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- No returns on: Bodysuits, lingeries, swimsuits, jewelry, underwear.
- Dress Length: Most bandage dresses are mini-style (above knee). This is a design feature. Dresses being "too short" is not a valid return or exchange reason.
- Lost / Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being authorized to be left at the door. Please provide a correct delivery address. Do not use P.O. Box addresses.
- Refund Timing: Refunds are issued after our warehouse or agent receives your returned package.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be in original condition. Items with perfume, makeup stains, or damage (not caused by quality issues) will be charged a 50% fee.
