The Children_s Place to collaborate with Sanrio
The Children_s Place_ Inc._ the largest pure-play children_s speciality retailer in North America_ has signed a multi-season collaboration with global lifestyle brand Sanrio_ best known for Hello Kitty_ as it looks to offer collections that resonate with both parents “and the next generation of fans”.
The multi-season partnership will launch the first capsule collection in autumn 2025_ debuting a series of limited-edition capsule collections “designed to spark joy_ inspire creativity_ and connect generations through shared style”.
The debut collection_ which releases in September_ features the theme _Perfect Paris_ and is described as a “whimsical capsule inspired by Hello Kitty_s chic_ global aesthetic_” featuring cosy textures_ layered silhouettes_ and playful details “perfect for transitional weather”.
This will be followed up with a _Trick or Treat with Hello Kitty and Friends_ apparel collection for Halloween_ and a _Forever Fancy_ holiday line filled with “tulle_ sparkle_ and festive flair_” and then a _Galentine_s with Hello Kitty and Friends_ capsule in spring 2026 that places “friendship and self-expression” at the heart of the collection.
