Mexican-based bridal atelier Nadia Manjarrez has opened a new studio and showroom in New York City.

Located within the city_s flower district_ the studio hosted an opening event on October 13_ coinciding with the NY Bridal Market_ and is set to host another special shopping event for brides-to-be on October 18.

“After two successful years of testing the waters in NYC with my first showroom_ I am thrilled to officially launch our Bespoke Studio and truly focus on bringing personalized dreams to life for our brides_” said Nadia Manjarrez_ founder and CEO of the eponymous bridal label. “This expansion represents a significant milestone for our brand_ allowing us to cultivate an even more intimate and tailored luxury experience.”

The new studio and showroom offer custom gown consultations_ as well as Nadia Manjarrez_s new collections and bestselling pieces. Born and raised in Culiacán_ Mexico_ Manjarrez learnt how to sew at the young age of six. Working for several leading occasionwear brands in New York_ including Badgley Mischka_ Marchesa_ and Cushnie et Ochs_ she moved back to Mexico in 2020.

From her parents_ basement_ she unofficially started her bridal atelier_ before switching to making medical masks during the global pandemic. Turning her attention back to bridalwear in 2022_ she began designing modular_ customizable_ and versatile wedding gowns that became the basis of her collections.

The bespoke gown experience at the studio and showroom in NYC starts with a private consultation with Manjarrez_ who will be available in-studio or virtually. She creates a custom sketch based on the bride_s vision_ selecting premium fabrics_ laces_ and details that tell a unique story. Brides collaborate throughout the entire process while skilled female artisans handcraft each gown at the Mexico atelier. Bespoke gowns pricing begins at 15_000 USD and requires 6-8 months to complete. 

The new studio and showroom bring this personalized experience to New York in a private_ luxurious setting_ previously exclusive to the label_s atelier in Mexico. To celebrate the opening of the NYC studio and showroom_ Nadia Manjarrez will be holding an exclusive shopping event on October 18 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM.
