CFDA releases preliminary SS26 New York Fashion Week schedule
The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) has released its preliminary New York Fashion Week schedule for the spring/summer 2026 season_ which will run from September 11 to 16 throughout New York City.
NYFW in September will feature more than 60 catwalk shows and designer presentations_ with additional collections being presented digitally and by appointment.
Michael Kors will officially kick off the week on September 11 at 11 am_ followed by presentations from Lafayette 148 and Norma Kamail and catwalk shows from Christian Siriano and Collina Strada.
Newcomers to the NYFW line-up include 6397_ Amir Taghi_ Dwarmis_ Lii_ Maria McManus_ Nardos_ Raúl Peñaranda_ Rùadh_ and SC103_ while 2025 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalists Ashlyn_ Bach Mai_ Bernard James_ Don_t Let Disco_ Gabe Gordon_ Heirlome_ Jamie Okuma_ and Meruert Tolegen will hold activations throughout the week.

They will be joined by Altuzarra_ Area_ Bevza_ Calvin Klein Collection_ Campillo_ Cynthia Rowley_ Diotima_ Eckhaus Latta_ Fforme_ Elena Velez_ Jason Wu Collection_ Kallmeyer_ KidSuper_ LaQuan Smith_ L_Enchanteur_ Luar_ Monse_ Prabal Gurung_ Private Policy_ Kate Barton_ Dennis Basso_ Andrew Kwon_ Sandy Liang_ Sergio Hudson_ Simkhai_ Tanner Fletcher_ Tibi_ Todd Snyder_ Tory Burch_ TWP_ Ulla Johnson_ Who Decides War and Zankov.
The SS26 will also see the return of Alexander Wang to NYFW_ as well as several international brands_ including Off-White_ Toteme and Cos.
Notable absences include Tommy Hilfiger_ Ralph Lauren and Carolina Herrera_ which announced it was stepping away from NYFW this season to showcase its SS26 collection in Madrid_ Spain_ on September 18. It will mark Carolina Herrera_s third destination show_ following resort showcases in Rio de Janeiro in 2023 and Mexico City in November 2024_ and will be the brand_s first main collection catwalk show outside of New York Fashion Week.
